The Pine Financial Investment Process

There are very few steps in investing with Pine Financial Group.

Step 1 - Decide that this is what you want to do
Learn what you can about private lending.  You will want to spend some
time reading through the website and studying our investment report.  You
may also want to set up a meeting to get to know Kevin and his company.

Step 2 - Complete application
Pine Financial will need to collect an Investor Application, also referred
to as Investor Questionnaire, to qualify you for this type of investment.
If there are investment opportunities available and you have the ability to
make the minimum investment, you will be asked to sign a non-disclosure
agreement.

Step 3 - Sign non-disclosure and receive your package
Once the non-disclosure agreement is received, you will be sent a package
containing the full business plan and the offering documents to review.

Step 4 - Diligence
At this point you will do your due diligence.  You will want to carefully
read all the legal docs and the business plan.  You will want to understand
the investment fully.  You are welcome to call the office with any questions
and you may want to run it by your advisors.  Finally, you can also speak
to a few other investors that have been working with Pine Financial and get
a feel for their experience with Kevin and his staff.

Step 5 - Sign forms
Contact Pine Financial and let them know the amount of your investment.
Just like any other investment, there are forms that need to be completed.
We will prepare all the documents that need to be signed.  You will then
need to complete the forms and return them with a check made payable to Pine
Investment for the amount of your investment.  There are no fees associated
with the investment.  The two documents you will be signing include:
1.    Pine Investments, LLC Operating Agreement
2.    Subscription Agreement

Step 6 -Payments
Payment will be mailed to you or your IRA custodian each month, and you will
receive a dividend twice a year.  You are welcome to pull your money out at
anytime with proper notice.
