The Team:
Pine Investments Founder, Kevin Amolsch, began his career in banking and finance ten years ago when he worked in the loan department at a local Colorado bank. From there, he completed his Bachelor's degree in finance and went on to work as a mortgage bond analyst for several large firms. He has been investing in real estate for the past eight years. To date, Kevin has been part of over 200 real estate transactions.
Five years ago, Kevin discovered his niche, real estate finance; since then, he has been honing this specialty area. He is the founder of Pine Financial Group, Inc., a notable Colorado lender, focused on meeting the needs of real estate investors. Kevin is also the author of The 45 Day Investor, a book dedicated to helping beginner investors buy their first home in 45 days or less.
